Our Goal

Promote and support work-based self-sufficiency and financial independence. Provide opportunities for employment or internships through the community outreach of the local Chamber of Commerce.

Our aim is to encourage and motivate residents to flourish in their new surroundings and discover happiness in facing life’s obstacles. We aspire for our residents to cultivate self-affection and self-structure by building a fresh community and a nurturing network.

Curfews

  • First 30 Days of Residence: 9pm Weekdays | 10pm Weekends.
  • 31 Days to 60 Days of Residence: 10pm Weekdays | 11pm Weekends.
  • 61 Days till End of Residence: 11pm Weekdays | 12pm Weekends.
  • If a resident requests an extension for any reason, the President must approve it. If a resident fails to request an extension and remains outside after the agreed-upon time limit, expulsion is possible. Officers have a majority of 80 votes to extend a resident’s time limit for safety, probation or any other reason.

    Weekly House Meetings

    It is essential to hold a sitting of the House of Commons on a weekly basis. Each House will have a set of working hours or half-hourly sessions that are most comfortable for the majority of members. The purpose of a meeting is to: 
    • A report on the financial position of the House of Commons.
    • Think about new applications for membership
    • Fix problems affecting members fixing problems affecting members
    • Addressing general concerns about the House’s maintenance responding to general complaints
    • Think about what you can do with the House

      2. Have an interview with the house manager. 
      3. If you are accepted, set a time and date for your arrival.
