Our Teen Program’s mission is to empower teens with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in life while building a healthy mental health system.

We know that conventional approaches don’t always work for teens, which is why our innovative approach to youth mental health support is at the core of our Teen Program. From interactive workshops to creative expression activities and skill building exercises, we provide an environment where teens can explore their feelings, thoughts and aspirations. Combining evidence-based approaches with innovative methods, we empower teens to better understand themselves and find healthy ways to better manage their mental health.

While our Teen Program provides individualized support, we also recognize the importance of peer support for teens’ overall mental health.
